These are quiet weeks for Formula 1 fans, but the end of the four-week summer break is already in sight, as the Belgian Grand Prix approaches. Max Verstappen is preparing for the final part of the season in a seat position. If the Dutchman can win the Belgian and Zandvoort Grand Prixs, he could well win the World Championship.

With a massive lead of no fewer than 80 points and nine Grand Prixs left on the program, all signs point towards Verstappen clinching his second consecutive world title. During the most recent race in Hungary, the Dutchman's competitor Leclerc had hoped to close the gap, but even from P10 the Dutchman was unstoppable and drove his way into first place in the race.

In the weekend of August 26, 27 and 28, the Belgian Grand Prix will be held. A home race for Verstappen where according to the betting agencies he is also the big favourite for the final victory. While the differences between Verstappen and Leclerc throughout the season are small in the previews of the betting agencies, it is now abundantly clear who the big candidate for victory is. A victory by Verstappen will earn you 1.83 times your stake while Leclerc gets an odd of 4.00. Who knows, maybe the Monegasque can surprise us this time.
