Haaland picks Dutchman as toughest opponent: 'He's SO good!'

With good reason, the 2022/2023 season may be called the season of Erling Braut Haaland. Manchester City's Norwegian phenom scored no less than 36 goals in the Premier League. However, it was not always easy, which is why the striker was also asked who has been his toughest opponent this season. The answer: Virgil van Dijk.

On Saturday night, Haaland and his Manchester City face the most important match of the season. In Istanbul, Inter is the opponent in the final of the Champions League. In the entire CL campaign, Haaland scored no less than 12 times, making him the undisputed top scorer of the billion-dollar ball. City is the towering favourite, but Haaland expects a tough duel. "Inter are in the final for a reason. Especially the defensive aspect is tremendously strong, but the attacking line is also of outstanding quality. We will have to play incredibly well if we want to win this duel."
